Falls ihr nach KANADA auswandern wollt:
ich muss euch sagen dass es nicht mehr wirklich
einfach ist, hier einzuwandern.
Es wird gesagt, Kanada sucht nun eher mehr temporäre Facharbeiter, aber will weniger PR zulassen. Die neuesten Gesetze weisen auch darauf hin.
Für richtige Facharbeiter gibt es immer noch Nachfrage
- kommt dabei natürlich auch auf den Beruf an.
Weniger anspruchsvolle Berufe (Kellner, Zimmermädchen etc.)
haben kaum noch oder wenig Chancen, hier eine dauerhafte Aufenthaltsgenehmigung zu bekommen, denn es gibt ein Zeit-Limit hier seit 2011:
man darf maximal 4 Jahre hier in Kanada leben und arbeiten - hat man bis dann keine
PR - Dauerhafte Aufenthaltsgenehmigung, muss man Kanada verlassen und
darf ganze 4 Jahre lang hier NICHT mehr arbeiten. Nach Ablauf der Wartezeit darf man
sich wieder um ein Arbeitsvisa bewerben...

Nach neuestem Gesetz MUSS man gute Englischkenntnisse haben und einen gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Sprachtest machen, indem man - je nach Berufsgruppe - einen minimalem Englischkenntnis-Punktestand von 7 haben, um überhaupt ein sogenanntes 'Profil' im neuen Immigrations-System "Express Entry" anlegen zu können!!
Dort werden die Profile in einem sogenannten "Pool" gesammelt
und nach einem Punktesystem in gewisse "Ränge" eingeteilt,
die praktisch gegeneinander konkurrieren.
Alle 2 Wochen werden dann (immer nur) EINIGE Namen/Profile gezogen,
die sich dann online um die Permanent Residency (PR) bewerben DÜRFEN - die Bewerbungen sollen dann auch innerhalb von 6 Monaten (oder weniger) bearbeitet werden.
Wird man ausgewählt, muss man sich dann in folgenden Programmen um die PR bewerben:
Dabei muss beachtet werden, das eigentlich nur Facharbeiter (Skilled Worker) mit den höchsten Punktzahlen eine Chance haben gezogen zu werden - Leute mit einem Open work visa haben leider kaum bis gar keine Chance!
Die Punkte (z.B. für Facharbeiter) werden vergeben, für :

✦ Englischkenntnisse: minimum Level 7
✦ Bildung: Gesellenbrief, Diplom oder Akademischer Grad (Doktor, Prof...)
✦ Arbeitserfahrung : mindestens 1560 Arbeitsstunden/ 30 std/Woche,
bei durchgehender, bezahlter Arbeit während der letzten 10 Jahre,
in dem selben NOC Skill-Level 0, A oder B*
✦ Alter
✦ ob ein Arbeitsangebot oder existierender Job vorliegt
✦ wie gut du dich hier in Kanada anpassen/eingewöhnen wirst oder bereits hast
✦ Nachweis über genügend Geldmittel um zu überleben (nur nötig wenn man hier KEINEN
existierenden Job oder ein festes Jobangebot hat!)
und man muss sich mittlerweile gut überlegen, ob man sich auf
diese "Reise" in ein neuen Leben begeben will - na ja - jedenfalls sollte man
immer auch einen Plan B oder auch C in der Tasche haben ...

Das neue ueberarbeitete Immigrationsgesetz ist nun am 1.1.2015 in Kraft getreten:

Skilled immigrants are chosen as permanent residents based on their ability to settle in Canada and take part in our economy. We assess them on their:
- English and/or French language skills,
- education,
- work experience, and
- other factors that have been shown to help newcomers prosper in Canada.
As of January 2015, there is a new system to manage how people with skilled work experience apply to immigrate to Canada. It is called Express Entry.
Under Express Entry, people will first fill out an online profile that includes their language test scores, their Educational Credential Assessment (if they need one) and outlines their work experience. There is no cost to complete and submit an Express Entry profile.
Based on their profiles, candidates will be ranked against others in a pool. On a regular basis, CIC will draw top candidates from the pool and send them an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. ONLY those who get anInvitation to Apply from CIC will be able to apply.
Under this new system, most complete applications will be processed in six months or less.

➨ Qualifying Occupations for Federal Skilled Worker
One way to qualify for Canadian immigration as a Federal Skilled Worker is to have at least one year of continuous full-time or equivalent paid work experience in the past 10 years in one of the following 50 qualifying occupations.
The qualifying occupations are listed by NOC (National Occupational Classification) and are based on the main duties performed. This list of open occupations was updated to reflect ministerial instructions issued on April 23rd, 2014. ➨ Minimum Language Threshold
All prospective applicants to the FSWP should first determine
whether they meet the new minimum language threshold:
Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or Niveaux de
compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) 7 in all four skills
(listening, speaking, reading, and writing). To prove language
proficiency, a prospective applicant must take a
third-party language test from an organization designated
by the Minister and submit their test report along with
their application to CIC.
Language test results will be accepted by CIC for two years
from the date that they were issued by the designated organization.
CIC-designated language testing organizations include:
Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP),
International English Language Testing System (IELTS),
and Test d’évaluation de français (TEF).
